Yankee Siege II had more success in its second tournament, placing fourth overall, after defeating two champions of previous tournaments.
It's horizontal configuration was also updated with black 3×3 lego slopes, which were not used in It's second run. Prior to its second campaign, YS2's antenna was given a Voxopolis flag, the flag of a fictional planet named after the original builder, "Voxhumana2000".
Yankee Siege II did not do well in its first outing, losing to Duck! in the first round of a private tournament, then to Thrasher Shark in the loser's bracket. Yankee Siege II also had a horizontal configuration, where the forks were swapped for red lego 3×2 slopes to absorb the shock from the spinner. Like the Roblox build, Hexbug Yankee Siege II is a four-wheeled drum spinner with hinged forks at the front although unlike the Roblox build, the forks do not lift, but act solely as ground game to get underneath its opponents.
